Pilates Mat Class at the Recreation Club

My Pilates class has elements of Gyrokinesis® integrated, that I have modified to be most beneficial to the rehabilitation setting. This allows for more specific postural work and rebalancing of the body.

Tuesdays: 6:00 - 7:00 pm
